Before beginning construction, the site should have an entrance that is compliant with this section and all erosion control measures should be in place.
During the construction of a site, driveways or entrances shall be maintained to avoid excess dirt or rock from being deposited on a public road. A minimum of 4' of stone shall be placed on the driveway prior to any activity on the site. A filter fabric should be provided between the earth and the stone for the driveway.
